Information we process
tlive receives the name, verified email address and profile image supplied by Google when an organizer signs in. We also store event details, purchased or trial time, usage records, source transcripts and translated transcripts.
Live audio
Audio selected by the presenter is sent through tlive to the configured realtime translation provider while a session is live. tlive is designed to retain transcripts rather than raw audio. Organizers are responsible for notifying participants and obtaining any consent required for recording or transcription.
Why we use this information
We use account and event data to authenticate organizers, operate live translation rooms, prevent trial abuse, meter usage, provide downloads, process purchases and investigate service failures.
Service providers
tlive uses Cloudflare for application hosting and databases, Google for sign-in, OpenAI for realtime transcription and translation, and Stripe for payments when paid event passes are enabled. Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy commitments.
Retention and deletion
Account, event and transcript information is retained while needed to provide the service and maintain accurate payment and usage records. A production account-deletion and export process will be available before general paid launch.
Security
tlive uses encrypted HTTPS connections, secure login cookies, restricted organizer routes and Cloudflare-managed secrets. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Pilot status
This policy covers the private pilot. Contact and jurisdiction details will be finalized before general public paid availability.
