Service
tlive provides browser-based live transcription, translated captions, translated audio, usage records and event transcript downloads. Translation is generated automatically and may contain mistakes, omissions or delays.
Organizer responsibilities
Organizers must have the right to capture and transmit event audio, notify participants when appropriate, protect private audience links and use the service lawfully. tlive must not be used for emergencies or situations where an inaccurate translation could create serious harm.
Trial access
Each eligible Google account receives one 20-credit trial. Trial credits do not expire. Trial rooms allow up to 10 listeners and display tlive branding. Trial access does not reset monthly and may be refused where abuse or automated account creation is detected.
Credits and payments
Original-language captions use 1 credit per minute, translation with one voice uses 4 credits per minute, and translation with two voices uses 8 credits per minute. Usage is prorated by the second. Purchased credits do not expire. Credit packs are priced and charged in USD. Prices, refund rules and payment terms are displayed before checkout.
Optional Auto-Recharge
Auto-Recharge is off by default and can be enabled only after a card purchase. When enabled, tlive attempts to buy one US$15 Basic Pack when the active event has approximately five minutes of credits remaining at its current feature rate. The setting can be turned off from the Credits page. If the saved payment method fails, tlive warns the presenter and the session still stops when the balance reaches zero.
Availability
Live translation depends on the organizer’s device, internet connection, Cloudflare and the translation provider. tlive may interrupt a session when credits reach zero, when a room exceeds safety limits or when continued operation would threaten the service.
Pilot status
The service is currently in pilot testing. Full company, jurisdiction, contact, cancellation and dispute terms will be completed before general public paid availability.
