Features

Get the details right and nobody has to troubleshoot on stage.

Everything below is in the product today, not on a roadmap. It splits four ways: what you use while presenting, what your guests control on their phones, what you get afterwards, and account-level controls.

Presenter console

What you use while it's running

  • Three audio sources

Microphone, meeting audio, or both mixed.

Mixed mode translates you and your remote speakers.

  • Test your mic first

Level meter plus an explicit "picking up sound" confirmation.

You never open an event on a muted microphone.

  • Floating caption window

Captions in an always-on-top window over Zoom.

Share slides full-screen and still watch the output.

  • Latest line plus history

The current sentence is enlarged, earlier ones stay above.

Miss a line and you can glance up rather than guess.

  • Caption appearance

Size, background, opacity, outline and high contrast.

Stays readable whether projected or keyed over a stream.

  • QR code on demand

Show a large QR code or copy the guest link in one click.

Someone arrives late — project it and they join instantly.

  • Balance always visible

Credits and live time at the current rate stay on screen.

No mental arithmetic about how long you have left.

  • Automatic reconnect

A drop shows "reconnecting" and recovers on its own.

A brief network blip does not end your event.

Captions Translated audio
  • Their own language

    Each guest picks independently.

One event serves several languages at once.

  • Captions on or off

Show or hide captions at any time.

Guests who prefer to just listen can clear the screen.

  • Translated audio

Play translated speech with volume control.

With earphones it works like simultaneous interpretation.

  • Keeps playing when locked

Audio-only guests can lock their screen.

No need to hold a lit phone for an hour.

  • Adjustable text size

Guests scale captions up or down themselves.

Guests with weaker eyesight don't have to ask for help.

  • High contrast mode

One tap to a higher-contrast display.

Readable in a brightly lit room.

  • No account, no install

    Scan and go.

Zero learning curve for your attendees.

  • Open early and wait

A waiting screen before you start, then it connects itself.

Guests can set up early instead of refreshing on the hour.

What you keep when the event ends

  1. Source and translation

Both transcripts kept for every session.

Use them as minutes or as a subtitle file.

  2. AI summary

Generate a summary, and regenerate it if you want.

Follow up without rewatching the recording.

  3. Search across sessions

Search the text of every session under an event.

Find who raised that point three meetings ago.

  4. Download or copy

Take the text as a file or straight to the clipboard.

Paste into an email and send it the same day.

  5. Per-session history

Every time the event went live and for how long.

See exactly where your minutes went.

Two things it doesn't do yet

Speaker labelling, and a custom dictionary for names and industry terms. Both are being worked on and neither is in the product today. If your event depends on either, it is better to know now than on the day.
